SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Police

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

All orders are delivered using DHL. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout.

You should receive an email confirming your order, if you do not please check your junk email box or contact us, in order to check if your order has been successfully completed.

 We deliver to most postal areas internationally but geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service.

 Please note that we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

Cancellations

 As all Little Emerald pieces are made once an order is place, we do not accept any cancellation of order that had been processed.

Refunds

As all Little Emerald pieces are only processed once an order is placed, we are unable to exchange or refund any pieces unless the pieces are deemed faulty by us and that we are unable to rectify the issue.

When the piece is deemed to be faulty by us, we will rectify the issue at our own cost or offer you with a partial refund in order for you to take the dress to a seamstress to fix the issue.

But please rest assured that all Little Emerald pieces had been through rigorous quality checks to ensure that no fault items passed our quality checks, additionally we also take detailed photo of the pieces prior to packaging as an extra step for random quality checks.

Where we do accept your refund request and the pieces are returned to us in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and following our Returns Procedure, then you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the pieces you have returned, unless on our receipt of the pieces, a refund will not be paid on pieces that have any of the following:

  1. been tampered with

  2. been opened or any retail seals broken

  3. not in their original packaging

  4. not in pristine condition

The refund is for pieces only and it will not will not include any applicable delivery charges made by us or any return delivery charges incurred by you.

Any pieces that are deemed by us as faulty or not as described, then a full refund will be made on all of those pieces as long as you have contacted us by emailing info@littleemerald.com within 5 days of receiving the items, quoting your Order Reference and providing a list of what pieces are faulty or not as described.

Any refunds will be processed within 14 days on our receipt of returned pieces. We will refund you on the credit card used by you to pay.
